We want all women to feel their best no matter their size or age. That’s why when we heard about Smart Works, we jumped at the chance to partner with the charity and get involved in making a difference in women's lives.

Smart Works is a dynamic and fast-growing UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for success at their job interviews. Each woman who visits the charity receives a personal and empowering experience whilst being provided the clothes and the confidence they need to succeed.

Smart Works supports over 8,000 women annually across the UK and 69% of women secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.

Here at Box2, we support Smart Works by donating our lovely samples for women to wear on their journey to getting the job. We have also had a clear out of our wardrobes too! We would love you to get involved by giving your wardrobe a spring clean, and sending your unused clothing to the Smart Works team. You will be supporting another woman feel her best at a crucial moment in her life.

Smart Works are looking for high-quality items, especially in a size 16 upwards, in good condition that you would wear yourself to an interview.
