These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods (goods) from the box2 website www.box2.co.uk (the website) and any other URL operated by us. Box2 is a trading name of Box 2 Limited registered in England No. 02764771 ("we", "us", "our"). When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of the website and the purchaser of goods. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website.  

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided without notice to you. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

Free Delivery
Free standard delivery is only available on orders which have delivery to UK addresses and are to a value of £50 or over.

We reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility.

Returns
This Part sets out the terms which govern your right to return any goods that you do not want to keep.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any products in accordance with our returns policy. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside of this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our Caring for my Clothes page or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. 

When we deliver your Goods to you, we will include an invoice with information on how to return Goods to us. If you want to return any items, you must complete the back of the invoice and enclose this with the items you are returning.

You must then, within 14 days of receiving the Goods, send the goods and return slip in a securely wrapped parcel to box2 limited, Unit 5, High Cross Farm, Henfield Road, Albourne, BN6 9JH. For specific return information please refer to the returns page. Once you decide to return the goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged as soon as reasonably possible. This excludes earrings, which cannot be refunded or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

Please take care when trying on items before deciding whether to keep them as items that are marked, covered in animal hair, have deodorant marks or smell of cigarettes/perfume will not be accepted as resaleable and will be returned to the purchaser and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. We will refund to the payment card or Paypal, the price paid for the goods returned to us on receipt of the returned items.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Stock Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up to date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt, other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.


Pre-ordering Items
Some of our products are available for pre-order. What this means is that we don't currently have stock of a particular item but you can order it and we will ship as soon as it becomes available. We will take your payment details at time of pre-ordering and your payment card will be charged to reserve the item.

International Delivery
For all parcels sent outside of the UK, the VAT element of your order will be deducted at the check-out. You will have to pay any VAT/taxes when the parcel arrives in your chosen destination – the amount due will depend on that country’s VAT/charge rate. We regret we cannot be held responsible for any customs or import charges levied once your parcel reaches you. 

We do not offer free returns for orders sent outside of the UK. If you wish to return any items from your order, you must pay for the return costs and ensure that you fill in a CN22 form and state that you are returning goods. 

Free Gift Promotion
From time to time we offer a free gift when a transaction meets a stated minimum order value. The order value is the price of full-price items bought in a single transaction and excludes postage.

Free gift is limited to a choice of one only of the items in the promotion and available only while stocks last. The free gift may not be exchanged for money, discount or any other product or incentive.

Discount Codes and Promotions
From time to time we may offer discount codes to be used against certain products. These codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated and also exclude discount on postage or sale items.
