Box2 Loyalty Lounge
- To qualify for points, you must have a registered account with Box2.
- Points are only redeemable online at box.co.uk
- Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or exchanged for cash.
- Purchases made using guest checkout will not add points to your account, please ensure you are signed in to earn your points for every purchase. Box2 cannot add on points post purchase.
- Points are automatically added to your account after a purchase. Any points accrued from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account.
- Only one loyalty voucher can be used per order, the maximum to redeem is a £20 voucher (2000 points required for this value).
- Purchases made using gift cards do not qualify for points.
- When redeeming points, the delivery fee will not be included in the discount given.
- Points are valid for 24 months, if you have not spent your accrued points within the 24 month period your points will expire.
- You cannot collect multiple points for performing the same action, such as, following us on social media.
- Box2 Loyalty Lounge launched on 05/11/2024. You will not be able to back date any points from purchases before this date.
- By signing up to the Box2 Loyalty Lounge programme you agree to receive emails relating specifically to the programme. These emails are designed to include content relating to your rewards, your points balance, and news relating to the points programme. You can unsubscribe at any time.
