Returns

If something's not quite right or you've changed your mind, don't worry, returns are easy and FREE on all non-sale items. Please return the unworn item(s) to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please enclose a copy of the packing list in your return parcel.
During the Christmas period, we are offering an extended returns policy. Any purchases made between the 4th November and 24th December 2024 can be returned until the 13th January 2025.

  1. Follow the instructions via the link below to create your Royal Mail label which can be printed and attached to your parcel. A QR Code will be created automatically and can be used if you don't have a printer at home. Just show the code at the Post Office and they will print your label for you.   2. Free return postage is applicable on full price orders and orders in the UK only. Orders for sale items are not be eligible for free returns. If you download a free returns label from the website and your order is for sale items only, the cost of the postage (£3.50) will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your item(s) inside your parcel, making sure the order number is clearly visible. 
  4. Attach the postage label to the front of the parcel ensuring the original delivery labels are covered or removed.
  5. Post the parcel at your local Post Office and make sure you keep the receipt and 'proof of postage' until you've received your refund.
  6. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. Although we are unable to notify you when the parcel reaches our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
  7. Cost of postage on returns for customers outside the UK is the responsibility of the customer.

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to return your item(s) for a full refund.
What can I return?
Items must be unused and returned in perfect condition (ideally in the original packaging). For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund hosiery and earrings.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges, but there’s no need to worry. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online, where you can see up to date stock and delivery information.
I’ve used a gift card for my order, how will I be refunded?
You will receive an e-voucher with the amount to the email address used when your order was placed.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. It can take up to 10 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Although we are unable to notify you when the parcel reaches our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed. If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly team will then see what they can do for you.
Can I return more than one order in a parcel?
Certainly, but please ensure that the correct paperwork for each order is enclosed in your returns parcel. Each return will be processed separately, and we’ll let you know when this has been done.
I don't have a printer?
If you need a printer-less option, you can arrange a free Royal Mail collection or opt to receive a scannable QR code via email. This can then simply be shown and scanned at the post office.
