Our website allows you to complete your purchase online with our secure payment facility.

Payment

For added security all of the payments made online are hosted by Shopify, one of the UK's leading electronic payment providers who have the systems and experience to ensure your card payment is totally safe. Your refunds will also be processed using the same system. You can pay using Maestro, Solo, Amex, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments via Paypal.

Delivery charges

Postage charges are as follows:

Parcels to anywhere in the UK with an order value of £50 or over (inc. N.Ireland) (tracked 48 hour service) FREE
Parcels to UK (inc. N.Ireland) for next day delivery (exc. Saturdays) (Special delivery) Must be ordered by 3pm the preceding day £5.00
Parcels to UK for Saturday delivery (Special delivery Sat) Must be ordered by 3pm on Friday £5.00
International Delivery
Royal Mail Service to Europe (Inc. S Ireland) 5-7 days delivery £15.00
Royal Mail Service to the rest of the World 7-12 days delivery £20.00

NB: Next day, Saturday and International delivery is subject to availability during Bank Holiday periods. Please check if you are unsure.

Please note, all Special Delivery parcels must be signed for.

Parcels that are sent with Royal Mail using our standard tracked 48 hour service should be with you 48 hours after being posted. However Royal Mail will not take responsibility for loss or damage for up to 15 working days from the date the parcel was sent. We do endeavour to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 28 days delivery.

Free Delivery

Free standard delivery is only available on orders which have delivery to UK addresses (Including N.Ireland) and are to a value of £50 or over.

box2 reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility.

Returns

As a small company we ask that mail order returns are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods returned within 14 days will be refunded. We only offer exchanges if it is a like for like swap of the same item for either a different size or colour. If you require other products please place a separate order.

Please take care when trying on items before deciding whether to keep them as items that are marked, covered in animal hair, have deodorant marks or smell of cigarettes/perfume will not be accepted as resaleable and will be returned to the purchaser and no refund or exchange will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please repack the item(s) you wish to return and include the required information on the back of your invoice. You can use the enclosed pre-paid returns label, attach it to your parcel and take it your local post office. Or use the link below to create a label via Royal Mail returns portal. You are also able to arrange for Royal Mail to collect from your doorstep if you are unable to get to a post office. Once you have entered all the required information and printed your label you can select the collection option. If you do not receive a returns label, please contact us and we can send one to you. We are unable to reimburse you for any postage costs you incur if you do not use one of our labels.

Free return postage is applicable on full price orders and orders in the UK only. Orders for sale items only will not be eligible for free returns. If you download a free returns label from the website and your order is for sale items only, the cost of the postage will be deducted from your refund. In order for us to process your refund please ensure you request and keep a receipt for PROOF OF POSTAGE. If proof of postage is not available, we may not be able to honour your refund. Cost of postage on returns for customers outside the UK is the responsibility of the customer.

We offer Christmas returns! Any order placed between Wednesday 1st December and Friday 24th December can be returned to us for a full refund until Friday 28th January - helping you do your Christmas shopping with peace of mind. Please note, anything you buy after the 24th will fall into our usual 14-day policy. Please see full T&Cs for more details. Happy shopping!

Stock Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.

Pre-ordering Items

Some of our products are available for pre-order. What this means is that we don't currently have stock of a particular item but you can order it and we will ship as soon as it becomes available. Whilst we will take your payment details at time of pre-order, you will only be charged when the item is shipped.

International Delivery

For all parcels sent outside of the UK, the VAT element of your order will be deducted at the check-out. You will have to pay any VAT/taxes when the parcel arrives in your chosen destination – the amount due will depend on that particular country’s VAT/charge rate. We regret we cannot be held responsible for any customs or import charges levied once your parcel reaches you.

We do not offer free returns for orders sent outside of the UK. If you wish to return any items from your order, you have to pay for the return costs and ensure that you fill in a CN22 form and state that you are returning goods. We will use Royal Mail where possible, however if this is not possible, we will contact you.

Free Gift Promotion

From time to time we offer a free gift when a transaction meets a stated minimum order value. The order value is the price of full-price items bought in a single transaction and excludes postage.

Free gift is limited to a choice of one only of the items in the promotion and available only while stocks last. The free gift may not be exchanged for money, discount or any other product or incentive.

Discount Codes and Promotions

From time to time we may offer discount codes to be used against certain products. These codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated and also exclude discount on postage or sale items.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers purchased online may only be redeemed online. Multiple, valid gift voucher codes may be utilised in one order. Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
